Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.

Return Process:
Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at orders@outdoorsamehrica.com or call us at (320) 000-0000 to initiate the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package: Include your RMA number, proof of purchase, and the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
